Discover the martial arts format that teaches confidence, self-defense, and self-discipline in a non-contact method. This 6 week session will introduce you to the benefits and techniques of this ancient craft and progress your skills through the course of the session. YMCA Membership is not required. Scholarships available. Ages 8+.

This six session series will introduce you to the principles of yoga including breath work, strength, balance and stability. Yoga poses will be taught within each session including hands on adjustments, prop use and alignment cues. Throughout the practices we will also cover the eight limbs of yoga, expanding these practices from your mat into everyday life. Ages 13+.
