Foundations of Yoga II

 

This six session series will help to refine and enhance what you already know about the principles of yoga and mindfully introduce you to some additional advanced poses.  The intent is to help you to become familiar with variations of common poses, balancing poses, arm balances as well as inversions. Each session will cover a set of poses followed by a flow class that sequences the poses covered.  Adjustments and alignment cues will be offered to assist in finding poses that work in your body.  Ages 13+.

Nutrition and Your Health: Small Group Nutrition Coaching

Join us for a six-week group experience to explore a variety of nutrition topics and eating styles, share tools and resources, and learn how to save time and money invested in food prep. Included are small activities and educational material mixed with group discussion. Each week you will be invited to set a small goal or experiment with a new strategy discussed in class. The group setting creates a space to share in each other's knowledge, experience and successes. Ages 18+.
