Discover the martial arts format that teaches confidence, self-defense, and self-discipline in a non-contact method. This 6 week session will introduce you to the benefits and techniques of this ancient craft and progress your skills through the course of the session. YMCA Membership is not required. Scholarships available. April 13 - May 28 (no class on May 4th).

In this four week course, enjoy the benefits of relaxation while strengthening the muscles that support your body during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Come enjoy time together with other pregnant mamas, building a community for both prenatal and postpartum. All stages of pregnancy and levels of yoga experience welcome.
