Youth Sports

The Y is the starting point for many youths to learn about becoming and staying active and developing healthy habits they'll carry with them throughout their lives, and the benefits are far greater than just physical health. Whether it's gaining the confidence that comes from learning to swim or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.

Summer Camp


Afterschool Flag Football - Grades 1-5

Join us outside in the afternoons to participate in our Flag Football program! This afterschool program is a non-contact introduction to the world and rules of flag football, focusing on beginners and intermediate skills and teaching kids the qualities of teamwork and sportsmanship. Pass, catch, intercept, and more - no matter what is being worked on, kids will learn something new and have a blast along the way!


After School Soccer - Grades 1-5

Looking for the chance for kids to run around after school and have the chance to improve on their soccer skills? Then our afterschool soccer program is the perfect fit for you! Kids will be led through skill-specific drills, competitions, and scrimmages, with emphasis placed on skill development for dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive footwork! Regardless of past experience with the sport, this program will teach kids the importance of staying active and having fun with soccer.


Afterschool Sports of All Sorts - Grades 1-5

In this after school program, kids will play a new sport each week. Throughout the session, kids will enjoy playground favorites and have the opportunity to try something new.


Afterschool Ultimate Frisbee - Grades 1-5

Looking for an opportunity to try out a unique and rapidly growing sport? At our afterschool Ultimate Frisbee program, kids will learn more than just fundamentals of throwing the disc, catching, and cutting - they will also get a fun, fast-paced hour of exercise and learn more about our Core Values along the way! Even if you've never thrown a disc before, this program is for you. Our coaches will lead all participants through exciting drills and competitions, making sure everyone learns something new.


Middle School Sports of All Sorts - Grades 6-8

In this after school program, kids will play a new sport each week. Throughout the session, kids will enjoy playing popular sports and have the opportunity to try something new.
