3 v. 3 Basketball League - Ages 16+

Competitive league play. This is a co-ed program that promotes inclusivity and teamwork. Teams consist of 3 to 5 players on each side, with only 3 players per team on the court at a time. this 3 on 3 style promotes games that are quick, exciting, and full of action.

Teams will compete against each other in a pool play style tournament. Games will be played to 21 with standard basketball rules. Games will be self-officiated, with a staff member in attendance for close calls or disagreements. The last 3 weeks of the session will be set aside for single elimination tournament play, where the seeding is determined by the record of the teams in the first 5 weeks.

Teams are encouraged to bring their own uniforms to show their team spirit!

Breathe for Life: Meditation, Mindfulness & More - Ages 13+

Take time for you, to ignite and inspire personal wellness and connect with your whole self! Through breathwork, guided meditation, and mindfulness techniques we will practice ways to be with ourselves and each other in the present moment.  Join us in exploring Breathe for Life.

Craft Night at the Y - Ages 12+

Join us for an evening of creativity and fun at our Craft Night! We will be creating a delightful picture frame project that you can personalize for the fall season, upcoming holidays, or any theme you choose. Whether you want to showcase your favorite colors, autumn themes, or festive favorites, this craft is perfect for all skill levels.


Bring your creativity and get ready to make something special! We can't wait to see what you'll create.

Pickleball 101 - Ages 13+

Our Pickleball 101 class is the perfect way to start your pickleball journey. Designed for beginners, this class covers all the basics you need to get started. You’ll learn the rules of the game, essential techniques, and strategies to improve your play. This class will guide you through fun and engaging drills, ensuring you build confidence on the court. Join us and discover why pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in the country!

Strength Training for Weight Loss - Ages 13+

Work with a certified personal trainer to learn how to lose weight while promoting muscle growth and reducing overall body fat. This is a 7-week small group program designed for ages 13+, to help you feel stronger and more confident in your strength training!

Member Fitness Orientation - Ages 13+

Open to those new to the YMCA or those wanting to learn more about our facility. Our staff will take participants through Wellness Floor guidelines, how to use the equipment, as well as how to use the YMCA in a healthy fitness routine. You will leave with tools to help you set health and wellness goals along with the knowledge of the YMCA facility and programs to help you reach those goals!

 

1st Saturday of the Month - 10:00 a.m.

2nd Tuesday of the Month - 5:30 p.m.

3rd Thursday of the Month - 9:00 a.m.
