Adult PE Class - Ages 18+
Join us for this program where we bring back the nostalgia of gym class with a fun twist! Each session features classic games like dodgeball, kickball, capture the flag, and more, designed to promote fitness, teamwork, and friendly competition. Whether you're looking to relive your childhood memories or just want to stay active, this class is perfect for all fitness levels. Enjoy a supportive environment, make new friends, and rediscover the joy of play! Come ready to move, laugh, and have a great time!
Breathe for Life: Meditation, Mindfulness & More - Ages 13+
Ignite and inspire personal wellness throughout this program! Through breath work, guided meditation, and mindfulness techniques, we will practice ways to be with ourselves and each other in the present moment. This class is for anyone interested in slowing down and taking some time to connect with yourself.
Intro to Kickboxing - Ages 13+
This is the perfect starting point for beginners looking to learn the fundamentals of this high-energy, full-body workout. In this class, you will learn basic punches, kicks, footwork, and defensive techniques in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. No Experience? No problem! Our experienced instructor will guide you through proper form and technique while helping you build strength, coordination, and confidence. Whether you are here to get fit or try something new, this program is a knockout way to begin your kickboxing journey. Wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes and bring a water bottle. All other equipment will be provided.
Intro to Kickboxing for Women - Ages 13+
This program is developed specifically for women to introduce the fundamentals of kickboxing. Appropriate for all experience levels, each class will teach you the fundamentals of this full-body workout. Participants will learn basic punches, kicks, footwork and defense techniques in a supportive environment. Led by an experienced female instructor, you will leave each class with strength and confidence. Wear comfortable clothes and bring clean gym shoes and a water bottle. All other equipment will be provided.
Pickleball 101 - Ages 13+
Pickleball is a fun sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. It's easy for beginners of all ages to learn and can be played singles or doubles. In this 3-week class, learn the basics of America's fastest-growing sport, from equipment and rules to drills and skills that can improve your game. Each session ends with game time to put your education to use.
Prenatal Yoga
This session will give you space to stretch, strengthen, breathe and connect with baby while forming community with other pregnant mamas. This class offers a mix of slow flow prenatal-friendly yoga and meditation for ALL stages of pregnancy. Participants should bring a mat, but one will be provided if needed.

Qi Gong - Ages 13+
Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines gentle movement and meditation to balance the body's "qi", or life energy. This moving meditation reduces stress and promotes a sense of calm and well-being. It's also fun! In this class, we will learn a series called the 18 Harmonizing Movements of Qi Gong, in which each movement is named for something found in nature.
Women on Weights 2 - Ages 13+
Have you taken the Women on Weights program and want to keep going? Or are you familiar with strength training but are looking for a deeper program to help reach your goals? Led by one of our experienced female trainers, participants will learn why strength training is so important for women, as well as more advanced techniques to build strength, improve health, and meet their goals! Great training option to pair with a cardio workout! Bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and tennis shoes. All other equipment will be provided.

Iron Tri Challenge - Ages 13+ | Walk Across MN Challenge - All Ages |
| Challenge yourself with a test of endurance with the YMCA Iron Triathlon Challenge! Participants will work to complete one of three distance options: Full-Tri, Half-Tri, or Olympic Tri. This challenge allows you to swim, bike, and run at your own convenience, tracking your progress as you go. Participants can also earn miles towards their totals by attending group exercise and water aerobics classes. Join as an individual or a team of up to three people to tackle the journey together. Those who complete this challenge will receive a Finisher quarter zip to celebrate their accomplishment. | Join our “Walk Across MN Challenge” and embark on a rewarding journey to walk 400 miles across the great state of Minnesota! Track your progress on our MN tracking poster as you reach milestones at specific destinations and landmarks. Push yourself to average just over 2 miles per day to achieve personal victory! There are lots of ways to reach this goal: take a walk in your neighborhood, go on a hike with the dog in a state or county park, or come to the Y for the indoor track, treadmill and elliptical options. If you want to walk with others, invite a friend to join you or check out our Y Walking Group! Upon completing the challenge, you'll earn a stylish insulated tumbler to keep you hydrated on your adventures, along with a set of collectible stickers showcasing your journey across MN. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, this challenge is a great way to stay active, connect with others, and discover the beauty of Minnesota. Y Walking Group - All Ages | 100 Mile Swim Club - All Ages |
| Looking for motivation to get your steps in? Participating in the Walk Across MN Challenge and want people to keep you accountable to your walking goals? Walk with a group of like-minded people. Come to the Y at 8:00 AM on Saturdays to join our new Walking Group! Participants will meet in the Y Community Room. This group is unstaffed, so distances and walking routes are all up to you. Route option maps are available at the Member Services desk if you need some inspiration. No registration or membership required. Come rain or shine to get your steps in! | Jump into our 100 Mile Swim Club and take on the ultimate aquatic challenge! Track your progress on our tracking poster on the pool deck as you swim towards the goal of 100 miles. This program is perfect for swimmers of all levels, whether you're looking to improve your endurance, stay motivated, or simply enjoy the water. Upon completing the challenge, you'll earn a stylish t-shirt to commemorate your achievement and celebrate your dedication to fitness. Dodgeball Tournament - Ages 16+ | Pickleball Tournament - Ages 9+ |
| The Y is hosting a one-day Dodgeball Tournament for players of all levels looking to enjoy this fast-paced and exciting game. Teams of six will compete in a series of matches, following a round-robin format leading to playoffs and a championship game. Grab your team, bring your A-game, and join us for a day of action and good competition. | This one-day pickleball tournament is open to all skill levels. This fast-paced event will feature a doubles bracket, with round-robin play followed by elimination rounds to crown the champions. Players are encouraged to sign up with a teammate. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the sport, this tournament offers a great way to test your skills, meet fellow pickleball enthusiasts, and enjoy a few hours of activity. |
