Our Personal Trainers
Joshua Bowens
ISSA and NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer

My journey to personal training began with a lifelong love of sports and fitness, particularly lifting, but it truly became a passion after I was diagnosed with end-stage renal disease. Facing years on dialysis before receiving a kidney transplant gave me a new perspective on health and a second chance at life. Now, I want to help others experience the transformation and joy of achieving their health goals.
As a former elementary teacher and someone who spent over a decade in higher education, earning my doctorate along the way, I bring a unique blend of teaching experience and personal insight into my training approach. I believe that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand, and my love for cooking (my kids think I should be on a cooking show!) fuels my enthusiasm for helping clients find sustainable, balanced lifestyles.
Whether you're starting fresh or aiming to reach new milestones, I’m here to help you every step of the way—teaching, guiding, and celebrating your success!

As a former elementary teacher, Anne's passion for education, health and fitness along with her enthusiasm to encourage others to engage in a healthier lifestyle, inspired her to become a personal trainer. She loves anything that is fitness orientated, especially running, biking and strength training. Anne enjoys expanding her knowledge of the health and fitness world and would love the opportunity to share it with you.

Lori Hemmah
NETA Certified Personal Trainer

Lori is a military wife and mother of twins. While stationed with her family in Texas, she was inspired by a community of motivating fitness instructors and active moms to become a group fitness instructor and has now been teaching for over 3 years. Lori wants to help others realize that while being active is important for your physical health, it is also the best medicine for our overall mental well-being. There is nothing that exercise cannot improve! Some of Lori's favorite forms of exercise are indoor cycling, weightlifting, and running with loud music!
Lori's favorite quote is:
"We generate fears while we sit. We overcome them by action."

Trevor Keske
NASM Certified Personal Trainer

I believe that fitness is about more than physical strength and appearance, it's about feeling capable, self-assured, and invigorated both during workouts and when facing life's challenges. Our bodies are incredible tools that can be refined and utilized to embrace all aspects of life. Our fitness journeys are an opportunity to recognize that setback are not failures, but rather steppingstones toward our future achievements. My goal is to help others recognize the value that fitness can provide in all aspects of life and to help guide them through their fitness journeys.
Trevor's favorite quote is:
"It is impossible to begin to learn that which one thinks one already knows."

Halea Picha
NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Ever since I was little, I have wanted to work with people to help them be the best versions of themselves and accomplish things they didn’t think they could. I got into personal training because I've always had a passion for fitness, being active, and helping others. With over seven years of experience as a soccer coach and teacher, I’ve seen how living a healthy lifestyle improves not only your physical health but also your mental and emotional well-being. As a former athlete, I’ve faced and overcome injuries and challenges that taught me the value of perseverance and recovery. I understand the hills that people have to overcome and what it takes to do so. My goals as a personal trainer are to help others overcome their hills and challenges and also guide them to become the best versions of themselves. I want to empower people to lead themselves through their fitness journey and reach their goals with confidence and joy.
Halea's favorite quote is:
"Suck it up."

Daniel Soriano
NASM Certified Personal Trainer

Personal Training is more than just a profession; it's a calling that allows me to positively impact the lives of others. My journey in fitness began with my passion for mixed martial arts (MMA), where I learned the value of discipline, perseverance, and the importance of physical health. Through intense workout and rigorous training, I discovered how transformative fitness could be, not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well. My experience in MMA has equipped me with a unique set of skills and insights that I bring into my personal training sessions. The intensity of my workouts is designed to challenge clients, pushing them beyond their perceived limits and helping them achieve goals they once thought unattainable. I hope to make a lasting impact on people's well-being and help them realize their full potential.
Daniel's favorite quote is:
"There are no shortcuts, work hard, be patient, consistent and never give up."
