Payment Information

Weekly Auto Payments

• Payments for camp will be processed via weekly auto draft. Credit/Debit card or bank information will be collected when you register and will be automatically charged each week. The charges will take place on Monday, 2 weeks prior to the camp week. A $10 late fee (non-refundable) will be applied to all payments received after the due date. If you need to set up a payment plan, please contact the Y.

Non-Refundable Deposit

• A non-refundable $20 deposit is due, for each week of camp, at the time of registration. For example, if a camper is registered for 12 weeks of camp, a deposit of $240 will be taken at the time of registration on the credit/debit card or bank information you provide. This deposit will be applied to the child's weekly draft.

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be submitted by noon on Sunday two weeks prior to the camp week. Cancellations submitted after noon on Sunday two weeks prior to the camp week will not receive any refund or credit. For each week that is cancelled, the $20 deposit will be forfeited.

• All change requests must be submitted by noon on Sunday two weeks prior to the camp week. Change requests submitted after noon on Sunday two weeks prior to the camp week will not receive any refund or credit.

Scholarships

• Scholarships are available for all YMCA day camps. Scholarship application forms are available on our website or at the front desk of the Y.
