ATTENTION ALL FITNESS REIMBURSEMENT PARTICIPANTS! Effective January 2017. There have been some changes in the way the reimbursement program is managed and you will be required to take action as soon as possible to avoid interruption to your reimbursement. Please click on the following link for information and directions to continue receiving your reimbursement payments. The changes will give you the consumer the ability to monitor and manage your account by viewing your total visits, when your reimbursement is due, allowing you to make changes to your information as well as other added member benefits.
