At the Y we want to provide opportunities for you to get and stay healthy. Our entire 2nd floor is filled with a wide variety of ways to support your health.
Time in the Wellness Center may be limited to 60 minutes if we are above 50% of our posted capacity. Physical distance of 6 feet between all members while exercising is required (including members of the same household).
Come in and ask about our FREE Member Orientation! It’s a great way to get to know the Wellness Center and find your best fit for fitness.
The Y Wellness Floor Features:
- Indoor Walking/Running Track
- Cardio Equipment: Treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes, rowing machines, Octane and NuStep recumbent cross trainers.
- Strength/Weight Equipment
- Free Weights

Wellness Floor and Youth:
Youth ages 9 and under may use the walking track with an adult on the wellness floor with them.
Youth ages 10-12 may use the walking track with an adult in the facility with them.
Youth ages 13+ who have completed a Youth Orientation can use equipment on the wellness floor, attend a group exercise class or use the indoor walking track. Sign-up for a Youth Orientation at our front desk and get your wristband each time you check-in at the Y.
Ask if your health insurance qualifies you for fitness rewards! We partner with health insurance companies like Medica, UCare and HealthPartners. Work out at the YMCA Health and Wellness Center and you could be reimbursed $20 per month for your membership! Check with your individual carrier for details.
