Group / Water Exercise
Healthy living through physical activity is central to the Y’s cause. The YMCA’s Group Exercise programs are fun and interactive ways to engage members in activity and positively impact their health. Because of our limited class capacity and class offerings, we are requiring members to register for classes ahead of time.
Group Exercise classes are held in person and virtually. Water Exercise classes are held in person. Active membership required for all classes. All classes listed on the schedule below marked by a * are offered both in person and virtually.
