• We stress safety, comfort, provide trained staff, a friendly, welcoming environment - designed and functions purposefully to support every-day average people working to put more physical fitness in their lives
• New state-of-the-art fitness equipment to include Matrix treadmills, ellipticals and recumbent and upright bikes
• Child Watch area (free for members and just $3 per child for non) - available to help parents take advantage of the opportunity to exercise
• Group Exercise classes - Pilates, Step, Stretch, Strength and a variety of other group fitness classes
• Complimentary Personal Goal Setting Orientation and Equipment Orientation
• Youth classes (free for  members) to include soccer, volleyball, kickball, t-ball, messy play and music & movement
