Healthy Champs
Working together with In-home licensed daycares providers
Keeping Kids Active and Healthy!
The Northfield Area Family YMCA, the United Providers Association (also known as the Northfield/Dundas Childcare Association), and Rice County Public Health have teamed up to create Healthy CHAMPS!
The Healthy CHAMPS programming is open to United Provider Association members and provides safe, quality physical activity for children enrolled local in-home licensed daycares.
This is a great way for Northfield and Dundas in-home licensed daycare providers to meet, network and support each other in the same aspirations and similar challenges.
Participation in the Healthy CHAMPS program counts towards ongoing licensure with Rice County and transportation is provided and included in the cost of the program.
The first session is FREE, thanks to funding from General Mills.
