Our trainers will provide technical instruction, monitor your progress, advise you on how to modify your lifestyle outside of the gym, and give you the motivation and support you need to succeed.

Northfield Area Family YMCA introduces Personal Nutrition Training
Eating well has its rewards. Fueling your body properly helps you feel better, improve performance and productivity, resist chronic disease, boost energy, build immunity, age well and control your weight. Northfield Area Family YMCA now offers Personal Nutrition Training with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. The RDN works with people individually to develop food-related strategies that help them achieve their wellness goals and live healthier lives. The training sessions are held at the Y and are available to Y Members and community members.

Initial session is one hour for $40/$45 (Y Members/Community Members)
Follow-up sessions are either 30 min for $25/$30 or 60 min for $40/$45.
