Parent Information/Forms

Welcome! We’re off to another summer of fun.  Teachers and Counselors have completed their training (CPR, First Aid, AED, EpiPen, Child Abuse Prevention, Bullying, Field Trip and Aquatic Safety) and have finished the curriculum details. The activities and plans we have for the kids will simply have your children giggling and laughing all summer long.The YMCA has a long history of providing quality fun programs and we are proud to carry on that tradition in our community.

Below are the forms and calendar information you will need to begin and use throughout the summer. The parent handbook is designed to give you all the information needed to start our summer programs and help you become familiar with our policies and procedures. Make sure you complete the health and emergency form and our permission slip prior to attending.

If your child is signed up for Y Navigator Camp and they are coming 3 OR 4 days a week – we’ll need to know WHICH 3 or 4 days they are coming.  Please use the Schedule Update and Change form for that info.  We need this info the week prior to your child participation.
