Y Child Watch staff
Looking for a rewarding job working with youth? Our Child Watch program provides babysitting for parents, guardians and grandparents while they exercise for good health. This is a healthy child care facility promoting youth development. Our employees are the key to supporting positive lifestyle changes for everyone and offering this care provides opportunities for adults to participate in caring for their own health.
This position works part-time hours. We currently have two 15 hour a week positions open. Hours available are am and pm and weekends.
PT Child Watch STAFF $8.00-$10.10/hr (based on experience)
These positions works in our babysitting room at the Health & Wellness Fitness Center.
Job Duties:
- Greet children and members.
- Supervise, play and initiate games and activities with children.
- Maintain a safe play environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18.
- Ability to and experience in motivating, energize, and entertain children in a positive environment.
- Knowledge of appropriate activities for various age levels
- Experience working with preschool age children
