PT Wellness Center STAFF Â $8.50-$10.50/HR
This position works part-time hours, Monday-Saturday, hours vary.
Wellness facility hours:Â
Monday – Thursday 5:30 am – 11:00 am, 4:00 – 7:00 pm
Friday 5:30 am – 11:00 amÂ
Saturday 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
Job Duties:
• Provide excellent customer service in an enjoyable and positive atmosphere that promotes member wellness.
• Proactively work with members towards positive health and wellness
• Responsible for the sale of memberships, responding to member and guest needs, promoting programs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the Wellness Center.
• Follow established YMCA of the USA health and fitness guidelines.
• Work closely with the Executive Director to address concerns and improvements for the YMCA wellness center.
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service, sales, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-direction and customer focus.
• Ability and desire to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Must be CPR/AED and First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within first 30 days of employment (Certification classes available upon employment).
• High School Diploma/GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience.
• Computer knowledge.
