PT Lead Child Watch STAFF  $8.50-9:00/HR
This position works part-time hours with various day and evening shifts available

Child Watch hours: 
Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 11:00 am, 4:00 – 7:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am – 11:00 am
Saturday 8:30 am – 11:30 pm

Job Duties:
• Greet children and members.
• Organize sign-in/out sheets and follow correct sign-in and out practices.
• Supervise, play and initiate games and activities with children.
• Maintain a safe play environment.
• Communicate courteously with members.
• Follow daily sanitizing procedures and help out with weekly cleaning schedules.
• Provide work direction for part time member service staff.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum age of 18.
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience leading children in a positive environment.
• Ability to motivate, energize, and entertain children in a positive environment.
• Knowledge of appropriate activities for various age levels – including skills and ability to implement the curriculum.
• Current CPR, First Aid certification (YMCA provides class opportunities)
